OSHA (1910.179(k)(2))requirements mandate that a unit must be load tested when it is a new installation or has had structural changes from the original rated design. A load test certificate is required to be on file for each unit.
A load test certificate must be kept on file at the facility where the crane is housed. For your safety never overload a crane. |
Inspections: Don't forget to review your Annual Inspections and see when you are due for the current year. For more information see our Inspection page. Looking to sell used equipment? |
